Hi, I went to an NAWA wrestling event in White Plains in Westchester, NY. As the Main Event they had a 10 man battle royal to determine the NAWA heavyweight champ. There was a masked man who won the match. He took off his mask and announced he was Shane Douglas. He kept on talking about how he was the Franchise and he was the one who carried ECW on his back. He was the only reason they were still around. He then announced that he was willing to go to either WWF, WCW, or NAWA. He was the new NAWA champion. I think that he will just go to the place with the money. He is definetley gone from ECW. I hope that you will post this on your page as a Shane Douglas update.

So it sounds like Shane is Off to the land of WWF. Well lets analyze this, it looks like shane is going to the land of money, GOOD FOR HIM. Its aobut time Shane will get some money, and I hope recognition. He made ECW. so he should go make the WWF better. Lets face it the WWF blows, sucks and douches all at the same time. Its almost as bad as WCW (NOW THATS BAD). So I have been hearing the Franchise could be fueding with Austin in the future. GOOD, Austin sucks, ECW reject is all he is. lets just hope vince lets Shane keep the name "Franchise".
